Our Approach

Our in-house, six-session fellowship moves emerging professionals from

"I wish I could…”

to "I am doing…"​

We guide employees from aspirational to action-oriented leadership, with purpose embedded into every phase of the program.

1. Link Together (Sessions 1-2)

Employees crave genuine connection and relationships. We start by building trust and relationships so people feel safe to try, fail, and learn together.

2. Learn In a Trusted Container (Sessions 3-6) 

We customize sessions to target three skill gaps:  

  1. Conflict Mediation

  2. Communication

  3. Collaboration

Cohorts have dedicated time and space to practice, make mistakes, and apply tools to professional and personal scenarios.

3. Lead an Experience for Others

Fellows apply skills by designing and leading a colleague-facing experience that strengthens cohesion, reflects the organization's core values, and showcases the cohort’s personality.
