1. Link Together (Sessions 1-2)

Fellows build trust, establish shared norms, and form the cohort identity

2. Learn In a Trusted Container (Sessions 3-6) 

Each session is a container for: 

  1. Conflict Mediation

  2. Communication

  3. Collaboration

Cohorts have dedicated time and space to practice, make mistakes, and apply tools to real scenarios.

3. Lead an Experience for Others

The cohort designs and delivers a live experience for colleagues, showcasing their skills and strengthening your broader organizational culture
