No one wants to start with a problem. We bring your employees together in a way they’ll remember and lay the foundation for meaningful adoption of our tools & frameworks. 

2. Learn - Interpersonal & Civil Skills

We design sessions customized to the unique growth opportunities of your employees to improve in three competencies: 

  1. Conflict Mediation

  2. Communication

  3. Connection & Collaboration

As a cohort, your employees will have dedicated, trusted people; space; and time to practice, make mistakes, and learn tools and frameworks that strengthen these three competencies, using professional and personal scenarios relevant to them.​​

3. Lead - Put Skills Into Action 

​With these newfound skills and relationships, fellows "graduate" from our fellowship by leading a community program for their colleagues, creating long-term value for themselves, their peers, and the company.

 

Fellows leave The Magnet Collective with: 

  • Improved proficiency in conflict mediation, communication, and collaboration & connection

  • Demonstrated ability to work across teams to put on a successful program for colleagues, which requires deliberative decision-making, productive conflict, and effective communication to agree on a shared program 

  • Deeper investment in relationships with colleagues across teams/titles
